What About Alkaline Water

What is alkaline water anyway? I don't want to bore you with all chemistry and in depth technology of obtaining alkaline water. Alkaline water is drinkable water that has a PH value higher than 7.5 How good is it for you? I am convinced that almost anyone can benefit in some way or another from drinking alkaline water. Me and my family drink alkaline water for almost a month now and I can tell you that made a positive difference in our life. There is another bigger issue with the water, issue that goes untold (my personal opinion) for economic reasons. And this is the PH level of the water. The water we drink in any form (tap, bottled, sodas) has a low PH and the PH level is much lower in flavored water and sodas. Low PH leads to dehydration.
