What About Alkaline Water

There is a lot of controversy on the net if one can benefit or not from drinking alkaline water.

What is alkaline water anyway? I don't want to bore you with all chemistry and in depth technology of obtaining alkaline water. Alkaline water is drinkable water that has a PH value higher than 7.5 How good is it for you? I am convinced that almost anyone can benefit in some way or another from drinking alkaline water. Me and my family drink alkaline water for almost a month now and I can tell you that made a positive difference in our life. My daughter and her mother lost some weight, I regain my energy and good spirit that I lost since I am taking a lot of medication to control my high blood pressure and cholesterol. If you choose to start using alkaline water, you should do your search on available technologies. Let's make some assumption: A typical family of three uses about 5 gal of water per week for cooking and drinking home.
